Working With ERS

Our services are available on an individual or group basis. We will gladly meet with with PSRS/PEERS members and their families at their convenience. Group workshops for school districts and their employees are also available. Educators and administrators are busy people,  so we provide services at the times and places that meet their demanding schedules.

  • Understand the PSRS/PEERS normal retirement benchmarks
  • Understand the PSRS/PEERS special initiative: The "Partial Lump Sum Option (PLSO)"
  • Understand and research purchase of service credit strategies
  • Understand and research the relationship of their Social Security work history to their PSRS/PEERS pension
  • Understand and research monthly pension option strategies

Once participants have a clear understanding of the system, we advise them on strategies as they plan and prepare for the retirement they deserve.
